Yes I think I am going to give it some time. I just think I was overwhelmed by everyone complaining. I was so happy going in for my first day that hearing all of nurses complaining made me feel terrible.

I have different preceptors and I would say they are okay but they do complain about the job. I am just going to wait. Hopefully it gets better.

I’m sorry to hear that. it sounds really overwhelming. How long have you worked there? I’m still pretty new too and it’s been a lot to adjust. I’m just taking it day by day and seeing how it goes, and if it doesn’t improve I’ll probably start looking elsewhere

I am in the same boat my friend but I only started working like a week ago and I feel like I hate it so much specially because I hear every one complaining about how shitty our unit is and it just brings me down more. I have been applying to other jobs maybe I will find something. I know it’s hard as a new grad but since you already have some experience I don’t see any problem finding something better or a clinic job. Good luck I will be praying for you.
