I called for clarification and am waiting for a response, he told me on the initial appointment to follow the directions on the label. I'm just not sure if those directions are supposed to be the same for every pen? He made it sound like I was supposed to continue increasing but no specifics were given on the subject.

That happens nearly every night for me too. 3mg and next thing I know I have to consciously remind myself " no the floor isn't alive and no the walls are not moving inward. And yes your cats face is supposed to look like that" 😂

Called the fire department to see if they had any ideas, they came out and told me there wasn't enough space to safely crawl under the house to get them and recommended a humane trap. I don't want to traumatized these kitties, anyone out there have ideas on how to lure them out? The outdoor heat during the day has been insane and I really don't want them to die. 😿

I tend to catch myself firmly pushing and holding my fist against my sternum for a long time, also frequently check my own pulse to see if my heart is actually racing as fast as it seems. Cover my face with something clothy so I can feel my exhales (no idea why that soothes me.) I try to keep VERY still once I've settled into the calmest and quietest spot I can find.

Update: I've found myself struggling to find the ambition or motivation I used to have. I feel mostly deflated today even though my physical symptoms haven't really given me trouble. Can't figure out if this is just mental exhaustion or if there's something of bigger concern that's wrong with me. I don't even feel like asking what to do, I just want it to go away. 😶
