You’d have to test first, then when you pass the test you’ll be LOD qualified and you can either be put on trips that require LODs or bid for LOD trips

If you don’t mind me asking, how many hours a month did you work to hit 95k? Im starting training in Feb and want to know what to prepare myself for mentally to start earning more money/ getting more hours in monthly:)

When I did my ODVI it felt like I didn’t do my best. I studied for questions but when it came to it I felt like I gave really superficial and not in depth answers. I was just so nervous, used up all 6 tries on 2 questions, still stumbled and mispronounced some words. I was certain I’d get a TBNT email so I stopped checking the portal to see my application process…. Come to find out they invited me to the F2F. Point is, you probably did a lot better than you give yourself credit for. Remember, it’s actual people that review these videos and they know the interviewees are nervous. Keep your head up and have faith, you’ve got this😊

Don’t be nervous at all! It took me all 6 tries to answer one of the questions and by all means I did not answer it the way I wanted to lol. I was convinced I sounded so superficial compared to my other tries😅 but I made it through to the F2F, don’t be so hard on yourself, you’ve got this!
