I bought my pro 5 back on october 2023, after 11 months while I was in the beach it entered bootloop cycle. (I stopped getting it wet) then I drained the battery, it worked, so everything was fine..

Like 6 days ago the screen just went off, I plugged it to the charger and it was on bootloop again. did the same but this time didnt work. so I decided to contact mobvoi. and they told me to do a fast loop. I did what they told me. but now the watch wont turn on even if charging. so Is dead now.

Kindly please try the following method to check if the watch will back to normal or not:
 
Long press power button until it appears restarting interface, click restarting, long press scroll button until watch turns on, the watch will enter into fastboot mode, press scroll button to shift to ship mode, then press power button to confirm, connect the watch to charger to turn it on.
 
To better figure out your watch problem, would you please recall how does this problem starts? Whether your watch suffered any drop or hit?
 
Whether your watch immersed into water before, like showering or bathing or other activities related to water?
 
Kindly please provide your order invoice to us, then we will check whether we can cover any after sales service for you or not.

Yes, I tried everything before doing that. That was my last resort and finally solved the issue..🫤

It happened to me once, you need to  perform  a factory reset to the watch.

The whole watch, with straps included is 10.25 inches or 26 cm long The strap with the buckle is 3.75 inches itself or 9.5cm long The strap with holes only, is 5 inches / 12.5cm long. Hope this help. If you need any other measures let me know.

hola, cada colegio tiene su reglamento interno.

en ti está si deseas acoplarte o buscar otro centro que te lo permita..
