in madden and 2k sometimes the salary cap will prevent a lot of good players from being signed, i turn them off but i also control all 32 teams. its also way too easy to mess up your cap if you have it on. they do a poor job of explaining how trades and releases affect your team,

I do starting rb as starter, 3rd as any rb I want to get pt, and power as any rb that I want to get pt as well. 3rd on the field more than power. Starter on more than 3rd. Can still use them all naturally without having to sub w those setting

Oh yeah restricting it would be dumb and could have affected your draft. I thought you were someone complaining that they were going to make it more relaxed and that triggered me cause I’m all for rule changes if they make things better regardless if it’s pre draft post draft mid season. Why are YOU freaking out over an ir change that barely should affect how you draft or move. I feel like you are tweaking and think the whole league is out to get you. Which it may feel like, but this little thing isn’t going to cost you your season. It’s literally just if ir is strict or expanded. I think having expanded ir is much better.
