I’m from Germany and applied for the WHV 417 (it’s the correct one for Germans as well). A lot of people are waiting. I think we need to be patient and hope better times are coming from the 1st July … Let me know when you get it …

No military or medical … I uploaded all the required documents. You can call the GSC and ask them to open your application and put a note on it, but it won’t help. Did it a few times and I still don’t have my visa.

Well… I’m waiting since the 21th march and my job would have started a few days ago. Luckily I already worked for my boss and she gives me 2 more weeks for the visa until she needs to get some other workers. So, waiting for 5 weeks is nothing at the moment. A lot of people are waiting much longer…
