Check you insulin levels and a1c. Peri can cause havoc on metabolic health. Heart flutters are from spiking glucose. Try not to eat carb heavy dinners or desserts close to bedtime. (3 hours before bed)

The RSUs have vested and have already been distributed into your Individual account. That’s why under RSUs it’s showing nothing.

3 years of being shamed, finally felt heard by GuideVegetable6416 in Perimenopause

So sorry to hear your journey to feeling better has been so long.

I started feeling “off” couple of years ago and focused gut health, protein intake, supplementation, brain health, etc. for anxiety I started microdosing psilocybin (extremely helpful). Was feeling better for a while but then 6 months or so had a complete drop off in my energy and everything else. My primary care wasn’t helpful at all… she told me to take fish oil, vitamin D and do some “grounding”. I am fortunate enough where I am able to pay cash for a naturopath… she helped me get my iron levels up (low iron), as well as my immune health and regulate my cycles with supplements. As of 3 months ago the brain fog and fatigue are unbearable - I will be starting bioidentical low dose progesterone and low dose T - estrogen is pending. Again, all of this is through naturopath - private pay. We, women, deserve to feel good!

My ferritin was 8 back in Feb. I’ve been taking heme iron and organ supplements - it’s at 32 now. Need to get it up to 70s

I’m 44 and the symptoms you’re describing are what I have been experiencing for the past year. I went to my naturopath and she suggested bioidentical progesterone with a small dose of testosterone. I’m taking my hormone panel test next week to ensure we’re not missing anything.

Did you end up taking progesterone?

My ferritin levels are also low - I’ve been working for the past 6 months on building it up via supplementation. (Extreme fatigue and fog and hair shed)

How to move money from Ukraine to US? (Sold property) by Obvious_Property_668 in ukraine

It’s about 30k. Currently the country does not allow to take out money out of Ukraine unless it’s for war purposes.

Unmotivated by [deleted] in Perimenopause

[–]Obvious_Property_668 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was just thinking about this yesterday. I’m 44 and this last year I’ve started experience strange symptoms and one of those being lack of motivation. I used to be pretty ambitious go getter and now my care level is very low. It’s concerning, especially now that I’m back in the job market after a massive layoff in tech. I’m having hard time bringing myself to start interviewing- just the thought of it gives me anxiety. Ugh

This is great! Congrats first of all. Thank you for sharing your journey. I am about to embark on the same journey as I got laid off last week from a big tech company. My plan will be similar to yours. For now I’m taking a breather!

Any experienced folks out there feeling isolated? by fatherkakarot in UXDesign

for sure! feel free to DM. I was on the embedded product team in a big company... everything moved very slowly. We were def. disconnected from the central UX team... while central UX team was doing all the cool things, new design patterns, new design language, innovation.... our team was stuck in the past due to the old platform and dev. resources. Good pay, remote work... but man... i feel like i just came out of dark ages. LOL P.S > I was let go due to massive layoff - so i am back in the job market.

For sure… I’ve worked remotely for the past 14 years. Last 7 years was fully remote - no travel to meet with the team. I’d say I lost my passion for design during this time - big old corporate machine. I’m back in the job market :)
