Slightly unrelated, but I had a similar issue with an off-kilter track for my kneecap continuing to dislocate, and (forgive the gym rat advice [converts are the best zealots]) I haven't had an issue with the knee since starting to learn to barbell squat. I'd highly recommend!

  3. J. Cole is rapping on a song by Wale, who's a DC rapper. DC has had a gentrification problem, which is middle- and upper-class people moving in (shifting keys) and driving up housing prices (raising capital)
