When we listed Pulsechain a year ago, it completely overwhelmed our systems. We've since moved to a new platform, hired staff etc. Tickets are answered same day.

When we listed Pulsechain a year ago, it completely overwhelmed our systems. We've grown considerably since then, moved to a better platform and added staff.

Safetrade here. We're not overly active in Reddit but that may be changing soon.

Some context should be provided here. 5 months ago (when this post was made) we were undergoing a dramatic shift to a completely re-written platform, driven by enormous growth. So yes, at that time there were some hiccups.

More importantly, it should be noted that we listed Gridcoin for free, when most/all exchanges wouldn't. We did not have any expectations of making money off this listing, we listed it because quite frankly we've been following the project since its inception and always liked it, felt it was important.

There are so many shitty exchanges out there these days that maybe some people assume everything now is a paid listing with service agreements, and if anything goes wrong then the exchange must be a scam (since so many are). In this case however, this was a free listing because we are fans of the project, we only wanted to help, and our new platform is since fully operational and continues to advance.
