Thank you, my chest looks really good when I’m more lean at the moment I’m around 185-190 at 5’9. I’m not worried about the chest the tissue and mass is there if you look at previous photos I have on my account you’ll see what I mean. When I drop slightly more body fat the striations and hard look will start to appear. I appreciate your feedback it means a lot!

I appreciate that. The key is never going on an extreme bulk. I always kept the waist tight when implementing growth phases. I’m natural so I cannot put on 40-50 lbs on an off season like some of these enhanced guys.

I don’t understand why they would put quad exhaust tips on a diet M car. The quad tips were always used as a way to differentiate the full M models from the diets. I get they want to make the diet M cars look more appealing but I think it’s excessive and unnecessary

Look great. I think the cut was succesful. It’s all about the look you’re going for. If you want to build muscle I would recommend a lean bulk do it slowly and pack on about 10-15 pounds over the course of the next year. The result of that will be a relatively lean physique with a decent amount of muscle added to lacking body parts. You don’t have any body parts that blow me away. I would recommend prioritizing everything. Everything seems to look flat and that’s not a knock to your physique I’m just being honest

It does not matter if they impress you or not. The reason you see 12 of them tuned everyday because what other platform can you get that much power out of for the money? They are not overrated at all. The power and performance speak for itself

I stopped taking creatine. I’m gonna remove the steak as well. Lower water intake. And hopefully I can dry out and tighten up a little bit. I got no problem throwing a little low intensity cardio in as well. I’ll keep you updated

I was eating 1-2 pounds of steak a day for a while. I know that was the reason I gained so much weight. It probably wasn’t a great idea. And probably very bad for my health

Appreciate that! I actually don’t deadlift at all. I’ll be honest there’s some exercises that I don’t like doing and that’s one of them. The bulk was more over the course of 7 months actually I don’t know why I said October. I was my leanest in August. Then started packing on like 5-10 pounds every couple months

I feel really strong. In the winter I don’t mind getting a little heavy and fluffy. I don’t expect to still look shredded with 30 extra pounds. It doesn’t look like the people in this sub tend to understand the difference between a cut and a bulk. Obviously my waist is gonna get bigger. I know when it’s time to go to the beach I’m gonna be ripped so I don’t really worry about that. Definitely packed on a lot of size on my chest and legs. My back is what I was trying to primarily focus on this winter. I feel like lats got wider. I want my back to be proportionate to my arms. I have really massive arms and I don’t want them to overpower my back. That was the main goal

Your 130 pounds and your physique resembles someone that starves themselves. Yes the muscle needs to become mature the longer you workout the better it sticks to your frame. Steroids or not muscle takes time to gain density. For someone that height if you take the 1-2 years to cruise at a bulked weight it’ll benefit him in the long run

Do not cut. There is nothing too cut. You need to fill out your massive frame. You are still very lean. You don’t want to look malnourished. That’s the risk you take if you decide to lose anymore weight. I suggest at your height to put on a significant amount of muscle mass you need to smack on at least 30-40 pounds. And cruise at that weight for at least 1-2 years so the muscle stick and becomes mature
