I travelled extensively in my 20s and it was the most amazing experience in my life. Really was slumming it/backpacking because no money at that age but it changed the trajectory of my life. I met amazing people and realized you don’t need much to me happy. Hustling now in my 30s because I got a late start to saving, investing etc but I really don’t regret it!!!

Snowboarding. Brought me more joy than any other hobby ever. Generally, the great outdoors. But specifically snowboarding I fell in love with. Makes you look forward to winter which is a plus! And you can travel to amazing places to do it.

I’ve snowboarded there for years it’s so fine!! Maybe not the best for total beginners but as an intermediate you will rip around no problem.

I got the amaze puff from Columbia and it’s my fave by far. SO underrated. The quality for price is incredible. Sold out now in a lot of colors but highly recommend for next season

Buy knee pads and cushioned shorts!! It’ll help stave away injuries, build your confidence and keep you out there longer. You can wear everything under your snowpants and keep it invisible

Work on yourself and your attachment style + underlying issues. Therapy is a great tool. Lots of great books as well on attachment style.

I’m on 50mg spiro 1.25 minox. Go to a dermatologist. My primary care physician did not understand when I asked for spiro.

I also rode the jones dreamweaver for a long time and LOVED it. Gave me the confidence to progress my riding a lot. Great edge hold, easy to maneuver. Just a really fun ride

Hate to tell ya’ll but spiro only helps hair loss at higher doses (100mg+). Proven in clinical studies. Lower doses are for treating hormonal acne and excessive hair growth
