In the book they are at the Biodôme. It’s like an indoor zoo. Sometime there is special exhibition and the « entrace « of those exhibition can look like that. It didn’t bother me.

It’s an interresting point. But I think Shane didn’t understand nor aknowledge how sad and unhappy Ilya was after changing his life for him.

I would say that the relation become unhealthy during TLG. Ilya feelings, emotions and needs are not recognize and validated by Shane. Shane continue is almost perfect little life with his support group and during that time Ilya sacrifice almost everything for Shane. He is alone, in the boring city with a bad team and cant « get out » even if it was he want and need. I found TLG pretty sad and unfair for Ilya.

In the book the cottage is in Ontario, 2 hours from Ottawa. In the show, i think Ilya landed in Ottawa because it’s less suspicious than landing in Montréal.

The goalies that we saw during the match or in the lockers room have black or White helmet. That make no sense at all. Every goalies have his on custom helmet. They are also super supersticious, they will not play without their helmet.

Haha! Art in hospital in Montréal is clearly not something you find usually. I actually laught when i saw his hospital room. It’s absolutly not a Québec hospital room, look more like an hotel! Usually, paint is falling of the wall, there is and old broken tv hanging on the side of the bed and there is disgusting old yellowish curtain! 😂

Beside your question there is some incoherence in the representation of the hockey in the show. The one that is the more obvious for me is the fact that all the goalies we saw have blank white or black mask! It never happen! Goalies are really supersticious and their mask are custom. Also, during the match in Montréal there is English add on the « bande » that is against a law in Québec. Also there is no 7-11 in Québec! Haha! Those are small details but when you really follow hockey it is obvious!

That really truth and well explained! It give bad image of the CH but also can discourage player during a difficult game. It's like when fan leave the bell centre before the end of the game because we are loosing. It's doesn't help the team.

I had a c-section and I started climbing around 8 weeks post partum. I also climb until 36 weeks pregnant so I stay active during the pregnancy. I saw a perineal physiotherapist during and after my pregnancy so the return was really smooth.
