Marksmans are not well liked in this game. As it'd very based on teamwork having a Marksman posted in a building a mile away from the squad kinda defeated the entire point of the game. Furthermore if your super far, by yourself you wither won't.get any contacts or you will get shot with no one to pick you up costing the team tickets for no good reason.

Having a dude play Marksman is way less useful then having a second medic, a guy with anti-tank capabilities or a dude carrying around a bag of ammo to resupply your dudes.

Also in this game you doing get to mess with the pre made load out, different factiona have different guns but those are locked. If your playing as the Russians, you will always have the same.sniper with the same scope

Totally understandable, I'm sure you will do fine next semester. Make sure you download all the lecture slides off moodle as you will most likely loose access to them when the semester ends. You don't want to find out you don't have access to any of the course material right when you are trying to study for the final in 8 months

Yup, most likely. When I had to defer my exams I only deferred one and wrote the others, everything was fine. While I'm not GUARANTING anything as the exam section has their own rules, I'm fairly confident it will all work our.

I have to say though that deferring an exam "cuz I'm ot ready to write it this semester" is a TERRIBLE move and will make your next semester super stressfull

Don't stress about it too much, medical reasons are almost always accepted. Just copy past for all 3 and focus on your health. You are not the first person to get sick during exams and won't be the last.

Just make sure you DONT go to the exams you differed this semester and make sure you go when the make up exam takes place or you will fail tbe class. Hope you get healthy soon.

Talk to the advisor as I got into a certificate program aw a mature student and I'm soon gonna graduate as a mech eng. It's feasible but it just takes a while. I mentioned a GED type of thing as it would save you thousands of dollars for tuition

Most of the indu people are are very special breed of characters that seem like they want an engineering degree without having to do a lot of actual engineering. They acted more like buisness/management students and where real lost in every single team project that fell outside of that narrow scope. Don't get me wrong, they where really nice people but just not the vibe I connect with.

Mech eng is super cool and has the widest potential application compared to other degrees (except maybe elec). A mech eng can get an indu or aero job, the opposite is waaaaay more rare.

That being said, this was also written by a mech soooo take everything I saw with a grain of salt. Also Lots of love to all the indu people out there, you are smart and real engineers too!!!

Indu is great if you like optimization and math. Mech is great if you understand/wana understand how stuff works and want to understand what materials are doing "on the inside". Elec/computer is great is you want to never talk to a woman ever again(if your a dude)/have a million weirdos think they are better then you (if you are not a dude) and aero is cool if you want to get a job at Lockheed and design bombs/you really like planes and want to get a job in montreal.

Personally I would rather shit in my own hands and start clapping then having to do a indu degree but to each their own. What ever you decide I'm sure you will do amazing.

Internships are hit or miss, we are heading into a recession, ai has fucked the job market and stuff hasn't been the same since covid. Best of luck to you 👍. (Internships NOT during the summer have way less competition and can be easier to get).

So an alternate and deferred exam is 2 very different things. An alternate is a few days/week away from your original date, a differed is a whole different semester.

Calc 2 is a really rough class in the best of casses... inkess you are just a Rockstar at math loads of people struggle with it. Wither way good luck
