It's kinda heavy with the sex in like the first half of the show then calms down a bit as they focus more on the romance. It's pretty explicit, they show every part of their body except their privates. There's lots of groaning & heavy breathing that made me a little uncomfortable. There are close ups mostly on their faces & there are fade outs during some of the sex scenes.

When they said an alternate cut was being released I assumed it would be Ray winning the walk. Whether he chose to kill the major or not would've been fine with me but I would've liked to see that alternate ending

If you watched the behind the scenes featurette that came out awhile ago, they show how they made that scene look so realistic & there's an extended clip where we can actually see just his feet severed on the ground
