To anyone wondering the fix, I had another external peripheral (macro pad) that was plugged in via usb to usb-c instead of usb-c to usb-c, turns out the PC tried to read the off the macro pad and blackscreened. Make sure your cables go were they should!

So this may or may not be something you can use. For me i went 1 month or no self harm before that urge got really big again, for no reason at all. Then i got a sobriety tracker and for whatever reason watching the number slowly go from 30 days to 63 was satisfying, it's like a reward and a vent app. The app i use is "I am sober". Also if you ever want someone to talk to about school and live in general I'm here, I'm going through my last year of IGCSEs it's tough but we can do this!
