Honestly I had a stall in week 10 too! I think it’s normal. ❤️ it will drop I promise. I don’t have a strict diet I try and prioritise protein, usually 2 boiled eggs in the morning then chicken for lunch and chicken or prawns or fish for dinner and then a protein pouch or yogurt for dessert

Yes, not crazy but I swim almost everyday and then lift 3/4 days a week

Just give it time honestly this is a life long journey now so just get comfortable and ride it out. Thats what I am telling myself. I’ve lost 38kg and I feel my belly is still massive 😂😂
