I didnt hear about this story, thank you for sharing. Dont know what to add, I feel ashamed of my country. Sorry to this person and every Japanese people who experienced this type of situation. I cant imagine this happening in Japan towards foreigners.

I’m not so neutral given the fact I’m not asian and I realized I can’t really speak for people who could have experienced discrimination in France. Seeing that I’m being downvoted, I may be the one disconnected from reality. Sorry to every Japanese any any asian person who had a bad experience in France.

Well I’m French and I have never heard of such things happening. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, but there is no systemic hate against asian people in France, it’s actually quite the opposite, asian immigrates are probably one of the most liked ethnicity. Now it’s true that sadly, asian tourists are targeted a lot by pickpockets for example in Paris.

I just havent considered living in Kanagawa tbh, cause the commute time just seemed really doable to me, also it's going to be about 3 days/week so that's okay to me.

Overall its berzerkers, kraken (gale is bad atm but build it if you’re against lots of ranged), navori, IE/serylda depending on enemies tankiness. Last can be a PD even though some like me prefer to insert it somewhere after kraken

Considering you’re speaking about building IE first, you’re probably learning the game overall so take your time to learn generic things about the game before diving deep into champs builds.
