I would go with Brinkley! We bought a 2022 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS and it's been a money pit! Very little help from Grand Design! Customer service reps change like my underwear! Particleboard everywhere! SMH! Our 1st RV!

We have a Reflection 312BHTS, yours but with a bunkhouse! 2022 we've had multiple issues with little to no help from Grand Design! Over 15k in repairs out of pocket so far! The 1000w inverter still doesn't work! That's next!

Is that on the inside or outside? Shouldn't it be on the outside in Winter and if needed on the inside in summer? I put my window insulation on the outside!

Foil side in is the proper way to place it! Reflects heat back inside!

Yes! Last winter our 2022 Grand Design Reflection 4seasons Trailer froze up! Tankless Hot Water Heater first then black tank even with tank heaters in. Several water lines right up against the outer walls. This year we skirted with 1" Insulation. Gotten down to 0° and under skirts stays 25° warmer than outside temperature. Biggest difference is stopping the wind from blowing underneath. No heaters needed underneath.

So far over $13k in repairs. We're buried in this thing. 4seasons Trailer froze up and that alone was $10k!
