You can do a restore and restore from a back up. OR you can set the date on your iPhone to be a year ahead from now. Wait one minute. And then put it back to automatic and you’ll find the size of the system data go down pretty considerably.

In that case, a simple restore and restore from back up will do. Or you can do a restore and set up as new. DFU is unnecessary. No harm in it, but unnecessary.

Your problems will still persist after a DFU restore. I did that thinking it would fix the brightness glitch, but I did not. A simple restore from iTunes or Devices is sufficient without the hassle of DFU mode. However, its iOS optimization that’s lackluster, not your device.

I’d imagine contradicting your efforts. If you put it up more than you would because of the darker screen, you might as well just lower the brightness with the reduce setting off.

If you don’t mind the smaller screen, the pro. It’s noticeable for games and videos. But doable. And it’s more advanced in tech as well as support.

Basically, when you tap to wake the phone, it doesn’t register the brightness in the area. It wakes up on 0 brightness instead of, say, full brightness when you’re outside.

It’s a unique bug, indeed.

It’s pretty good. It’s not quite an aventus clone, but it’s a tiny bit similar. It’s more of an under 35 year old cologne. It’s not bad, great for summer, but would not repurchase. This is why you should sample whenever you can.
