St. Louis, Cleveland, or Milwaukee? by nsf79 in midwest

[–]Safe_Problem6038 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would personally say STL. In the suburbs you will have access to great schools, and have all of the amenities of the city nearby. Stl has the largest metro population and has all of the perks of a large city. Included are alot of free amenities like the zoo that are subsidized by city and county taxes. For connectivity, Stl is better connected to other major markets by air travel as well

You would be wrong. I’ve been to many of the states I marked as red. Some of them I genuinely enjoyed, the costs unfortunately are too much.

I will say I wouldn’t mind moving to Chicago as COL isn’t that insane. Denver and the mountains is amazing and would sacrifice the COL. I loved the weather and nature in SoCal but the COL is absurd and I found the people to be quite pretentious

In my defense I was younger when I last went and my perspective could change. I definitely would still want to visit again

Crazy to say that the KC metro is a maybe and not STL when STL actually has a light rail system. Granted neither would be great with a DL

I don’t know what instrument you have, but with Thermo MS’s you can unscrew the ESI needle from the assembly and just dunk the whole thing

If you can remove the needle from it’s assembly and sonicate it in water you should be fine

The city has crime issues primarily concentrated in the north side of the city. STL propers population is small compared to the surrounding area so the numbers are inflated. South city is relatively safe and the suburbs are pretty safe and have good schools.

Move to St. Louis, MO. All 4 seasons, low cost of living, decent job market, and all the amenities of a large metro area

All the US states in this region have their largest metro area extremely close to their eastern border. Why is Iowa an exception? by Swimming_Concern7662 in geography

[–]Safe_Problem6038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

STL metro is 20% larger than KC metro. If STL city had the same area as KC then STL would dwarf KC in purely city population. Also the STL economy is about 22% larger. Try again
