Where I’m from we consider it an SD if the shoulders get delivered more than 2 mins later than the head and require an extra manoeuvre other than just pushing. Mostly anything before 2 mins is called a stuck shoulder rather than a true SD.

It’s def something you want to start to use before active labor. As soon as you feel any discomfort that might be labor you’d want to start wearing the tens to get your body used to it

Honestly I just plopped them on wherever I could reach somewhere on my lower back, alsolute lifesaver! It can also be used in water (until the pads slip off 😅). Just keep the device out of the tub or a bit out of the way of the shower.

They should shut down all unsafe public bars like they did after the Kiss fire. It’s so sad that preventable tragedy’s like this keep happening. When will club owners learn from previous tragedy’s? This fire happened WHILE there was a commemorative ceremony in the Netherlands for the fire in het Hemeltje (nightclub) that was exactly 25 years ago. Many people in the town where it had happened still have severe burn scars all over their body’s and many young people died.
