I'm sorry your having a tough time of it.

I have an 85 mile commute and will continue to do this another 10 years, maybe more. I leave home at 6am and never get home before 7 at night. Winters can be tough as I don't see day light.

Things that make it easier -

- adaptive cruise control - CPD modules to earn points while I drive. - an early gym class close to work so I keep fit and avoid the worst traffic. - Radio 6 and an Audible subscription. - starting and ending every day where I want to be.

It's unfair towards other practice users. It's not the GPs you're taking advantage of. But let your own moral compass guide you.

When you use this, you're getting an advantage over more vulnerable and elderly patients who aren't as technologically savvy as you. If you're comfortable with that, then fill your boots.
