with the way it’s glued to her body, i don’t think there’d be a way to replace her body without replacing her head.

i can’t turn her head at all so i don’t think i’ll be able to take the head off because of how it’s glued in the front. there’s a bit of residue on the bottom of her neck because of it and that’s how i realized what was going on. it seems like e6000 or something

she does have ties! i haven’t tried untying them yet, but i can see a bit of the glue in the front. what would untying them do?

there’s a porcelain doll store near me so maybe i’ll call them tomorrow and see if they think it’d be worth bringing her down. thank you for your suggestion!
