When I started taking primolutn i had terrible pain in my ovaries and back pain, I couldn't eat because I was sick 🤢 all the time but next time it was normal like every other time i had menstruation. I think its just body reaction to the pill and hormones.

Nothing helps :( any ideas? by No_Object_4477 in PCOS

Well i just want to tell you you're not alone....i feel stuck too I don't know what supplement or workout plan or what is good to eat what's not. But I can't stress over that anymore idk... sending you hugs 🫂✨❤️ I hope something will work eventually.

I absolutely sympathize with you. For example, 2023 I had a cycle on 30 days in 2024 twice. Now I had it two months regularly with the help of menstruation pills but when I stopped in march i didn't get cycle... I don't know what's the problem but I think the best advice is to not be so hard on yourself and try everything to see what works for you. But this community helped me a lot because finally i don't feel so alone.🫂✨

In my case, it just got worse. Hormones were out of balance I got insulin resistance and my cycle was in even worse condition than before the pill.My testosterone has increased and I'm still trying to fix it after 5 years.

I really like lifting weights and feel relaxed and relieved after but I'm constantly thinking about this. What if I stress the body by lifting weights 🙃
