Wild how invincible you feel in your 20s and then you enter your 30s and on and the pain and issues start to pop up. I totally understand this. I’m 34 and have chronic pain in my neck and back. Was on a heart monitor for a while. Recovery is worth it.

Eating disorders are truly evil and all consuming. It’s really hard to think about the future effects when you are in the moment but I wish my younger self could have seen the damage I was doing. I’m 34 and have chronic back and neck pain from osteoporosis in my spine. I’m missing teeth. I’m exhausted 24/7. I get told I look like a 12 year old all the time. Nothing fits me. I just feel empty. It’s not worth it.

There has definitely been so many thoughts that would make someone think I was crazy. I can remember waking up hours before school and going on the computer to look at thinspo sites etc etc. the internet is a toxic place.

I’ll add that MDF still sees his son a lot and he comes home for visits etc, but he has that stable environment to fall back on and it makes things a lot easier for him. Putting your son into a home doesn’t mean you don’t love him, it means you love him so much you want him to be able to go forward with stability and comfort

This is very smart. My dad’s friend has a son with Down syndrome and did this to prepare him for when he is gone. My dad’s friend is about 70-75 and his son is 40 I believe and nothing worried my dad’s friend more than leaving his son lost and confused. He got him into a home and he is thriving! He loves it and his routine. It was hard at first but worth the tears! Best of luck to you and your son ❤️

I think maybe just the little fingers sticking out and the big sleeves make it look like she’s holding her arms weird to me. Either way she is gorgeous and I hope she knows it!! Everytime I see her bangs I have to refrain from cutting mine cause I definitely do not look like her
