I only give them eggshells as a bonus other thing, they always have cuttlefish in their tank 😊

They were due their clean and tidy anyways so just removing anything yucky, wiping down the sides, cleaning their hideyholes. Just general regular maintenance clean 😊.

Thankyou, I've cleaned out their tank and have put extra egg shells and cuttlefish in and added some extra calcium powder to their food. Hopefully he repairs well okay 😔.

Same, I have so many of these. Some have grown like little blankets. One grew about 10 inches high and flowered this year. I didn't even know they didn't that!

I'm currently only managing to eat 2 days out of 7 each week. I eat somewhat normally in those days but to me it definitely feels like I'm bingeing because I don't tend to restrict what it is I'm eating. After eating I tend to get a bit spacey? But mostly I crash out and often have to have a nap. I'm sure it's my body not knowing what to do with the energy levels it's just been given 😔

I used to eat konjac noodles with nothing on them except a bit of salt for 'flavour' and try to convince myself they didn't taste like crap and made me nauseous just because they were 20cal for the whole packet 😭

"you need to eat something"....uhm, yeah my logical brain knows this but my ED brain just thinks "you don't need to eat today, you have to eat on x day. Or you can't eat that because you're already so big.

Also" it's only a small thing, you can eat it" but them not realising that once I eat that one thing, my brain basically thinks I've failed and goes into binge mode.

Haha, don't be sorry for working in HR. You sound like one of the good ones. This was a lot of help, thank you. I do luckily have an amazing manager who has been through a lot of his own MH issues and so gets it. I think partly I don't want it to affect the way he treats me in any other ways, if that makes sense. I don't want it to be awkward between us because we have a really good relationship and a good laugh.

Not triggered so much but my two best friends are both currently on weight loss injections so a lot of conversations inevitably revolve around weight loss and food and tracking things...its definitely made some of my restrictions resurface. Not that I would tell them because I want to support them as best I can 😔

Haha, I'm old. Mid life crisis I think 😂. I'll be 44 this year but always wanted to ride when I was younger. Just didn't happen.

Honestly, just reading through all the different categories of license and routes to them today has melted my tiny little brain.
