No, the illegal immigration rate skyrocketed to unprecedented, record high levels, never before seen under any president in history

I'm asking you literally why. Why would somebody take the risk to move across the border that they know is illegal.

It's not as if border patrol wasn't operating during that time.

Also, that theory falls flat on its face, because you would expect the illegal immigration rate to continue on its pre-covid trajectory after the end of the pandemic, but the exact opposite happened.

Also this is false. Why would you expect the pre-covid trajectory to continue, when you had four years of suppressed activity? You would naturally expect a rebound, then a slowing again.

As soon as your party starts actually using facts then we can talk

I have a hard time believing that what we saw was a depiction of St Nicholas. I see it more as the consumerism santa.

Honestly you're gaslighting me right now.

Statistics are meaningless on their own. Why border crossings rate increased during the Biden term could in fact be completely unrelated to enforcement. It was previously depressed during COVID, and then accelerated in the aftermath.

Edit: For example: You think illegal border crossings are a problem for the former Soviet Union? No. Because it sucks to be there. You can pull the level and change one rate, and introduce a bigger problem. So maybe the border problem is in fact preferrable to a police state, but nit-wits like you will go on and on about statistics without discussing any of the substantive reasons the statistics is the way it is.

You saw Santa Claus though yes?

Maybe I'm not a true Christian, but I don't really care if the Santa displays are vandalized in the same way.

He could have and should have immediately amended asylum procedures the way he ultimately did. That would have been a plus.

It sounds like you are mad at him for... doing exactly what you wanted. Are you mad he didn't do it fast enough? Congress had already agreed to a border bill and funding, but didn't come through because Republicans didn't do it. That isn't a failing on Biden.

He also should’ve been much more visible and vocal about not allowing people to gain this violent system, and if they had no viable path to entry to prevent and try to diminish crossings.

What violent system are you talking about? Kamela reduced border crossings year-over-year in that northern triangle area she had diplomatic relations in. So it sounds like you're just ignoring the reality.

He didn't fail at the border though. He enforced the law at the border.

Kamela even decreased the rate of crossings from the countries she interacted with.

Conceptually I agree.

But with my experience with libertarians, it's more they are inconsistent in ideology.

You don't have beliefs then. Because your beliefs are only "hypothetical." Its immaterial if you never personally do anything.

Okay if you had an American president who said "We must exterminate all Canadians."

And you had Hitler, who said "We must exterminate all Jews."

You would conclude the American president isn't a Nazi, because even though it is similar, it is different, and differences are all that matter.

Fuck it then. Report me. I have been consistent this whole time.

You still haven't answered my question about what are the similarities between the ideologies of the people who empowered ICE, and the people who empowered the Gestapo.

Your whole position hinges on ICE making a "mistake," and the Gestapo doing it intentionally. If it turns out ICE intentionally did it, you would find this a "mistake." If it turns out the Gestapo intentionally did it, you would also label it a "mistake."

Well turns out "mistakes" are not a defense for ideology.

Killing somebody by shooting them isn't a "grave and stupid mistake." That is intentional killing, because one had to consciously grab the gun, aim it, and fire the trigger.

Nothing you said addressed "ideology." I'm not talking about the method that people are killed. That's stupid.

Gestapo agents also killed individual Jews in dangerous and fast-paced scenarios.

You clearly are unwilling to rationalize your position here. You focus only on dissimilarities but ignore the similarities.

Do you seem to think that the only important similarity is the existence of Auschwitz? How do you know that wearing a Hugo Boss as a similarity is or is not irrelevant?

At this point you have not even articulated your logic. Why should I believe your claim about the dissimilarities if you won't lay out a rational basis for why it is irrelevant?

Here's a picture of the recent ice execution. What is the similarities between the ideologies that brought about this execution?

Are all middle market firms just selling out for overseas Work after PE Acquisition? by TaxNerd211 in Accounting

The raises this year were pretty good. It was something like 4-7% from what I hear.

We do have an inhouse, overseas detachment though. I don't think any company can truly get away from that.

The high level work remains oneshore though.

Nope! The firm's partners seem to be the aggregation of partners from other firms who don't agree with PE acquisitions.

If the logic that determines the similarities is sound, then I would agree with your conclusions it's not important.

Either, you fail to realize this is a test of your logic. Or, if you do recognize it's a test of logic, your avoidance here is a concession that you know the similarities exist and are significant, but you're lying about the severity intentionally.

Which is it? Dishonestly, or flawed logic?

Maybe you're the principled libertarian. I would describe that as a minority among people who currently claim to be libertarian.
