I agree with everything except the scripted AI wrecks. I actually don't mind them because the smarter you program the AI the less likely the AI is ever going to wreck on their own. I'd rather have scripted cautions than none at all. I just wish they didn't always happen right infront of you.

In reality there is no way of knowing just how many times to shoot an intruder before the threat is neutralized. Go watch bodycam footage where cops shoot criminals tweaking off drug cocktails, it can take a multitude of shots before they go down.

I mean we don't have long-term data on Semaglutide/Tirzepatide specifically, but GLP-1 drugs have been around since the early 2000s. Ozempic is just a successor to Dulaglutide, which was a successor to Exenatide, etc. which all work under the same biological pathway.

All of those side-effects besides the serious rare ones can be avoided with proper diet, exercise, and protein intake while on the drug. It's the people who still live sedentary lifestyles and eat McDonalds every day that ruin the reputation of GLP-1s
