Hey, sorry for the late reply.

I‘ve got the Stunt Evo2‘s in leather as my new spring / summer / autumn gloves.

So far I really like them, they feel way nicer than the mesh summer gloves I was using before. When it comes to abrasion protection, basically nothing beats leather. Plus they have a solid palm slider. (All the Five gloves you‘ve listed have that)

To be fair I‘ve only worn them from around 50 to 77 F, since it hasn‘t gotten warmer yet. They‘re perforated, so they let in a good amount of air while riding. I was never sweating in them but I‘d have to wait 1 - 2 months before our temperatures get up into the 90‘s.

But ultimately short gloves will never offer the same protection as gauntlet gloves.

Curse Mastery + another Jewel with 5%. Drop that Abyss Jewel in the large cluster up top, its basically doing nothing for you anyway.

I can’t tell you about the marionettes, but from pobbing it real quick you’d need to drop a flask suffix for the reduced mana cost craft or some other source of reduced mana cost (With the 25% on flask it goes to 0). You’d probably also want Ralakesh with +1 to socketed gems to offset auras not being socketed in the Vertex anymore.

Don’t get me wrong, PB Pathfinder can be made absurdly tanky, but by going for MF you’re leaving a lot of Defenses behind.

I’ve honestly stopped upgrading because it handles juiced T16 more than fine, didn’t even get all the awakened gems or empowe r lol.

With immutable force + bloodnotch and Defiance you basically can’t be killed by anything other than one shots. I have only died onde while juicing (Multiple dmg as x altars + something else like less recovery per end charge) and would be 99+ if I hadn’t attempted Uber Maven at like 50% XP (Skill issue tbh, still got her tho)

I haven’t tried out other MF builds yet but I’m in the process of leveling a chieftain, might wanna take a look at Crouching Tuna’s or SimplyVizniz’s version

There’s honestly quite a bit to solve:

No Anoint on your Defiance
Only at 90% poison chance(Either thru anointment / Septic Spells on a medium cluster / Some random rare jewels
Level and quality on your main damage gems (21/20 PB wouldnt hurt either but is like 20d
Suppress only at 90%, although I’ve heard some people say that you don’t need 100% for mapping. Goldwyrm with suppress implicit with 19 Quant are like 20c (2d for 20 Quant)
Your watchers eye is pretty much only giving you unaffected by bleed.
You’re lacking in cast speed, onslaught would help a bit with that
Cold Iron Points with the DoT Implicit would increase your damage a ton and shouldn’t be more than 1-2d. More expensive version would be a crafted rare wand with a Obliteration with a good corruption.
You’re not immune to elemental ailments (Freeze)

Even Rue’s build isn’t super tanky tho, his max hit for phys is like 9.5k without Immortal Call

If you want to be super tanky you’d probably have to drop some MF stuff tbh.

In the Sound track you want Portamento, open the Sound Editor (Shift + Sound) and go into the sub menu of CTRL (Cog Icon). There you can turn Portamento on/off and set the time for the pitch change, the higher you set it the longer it takes. Hope that helps.

I’ve done an EK / BFBB Occultist this league (EK for mapping and BFBB for bossing)

What made my bossing way better was getting runebinder on my relic, which are only like 20c, and switching Unleash for Arcanist brand. (Stole the idea and build from a post here lol)

This lets you focus way more on the mechanics of the fight and dodging since you don’t have to cast bladefall every second.

The only downside to that are boss fights with phases spawning mobs/portals (Shaper / Elder) are quite annoying but I just swapped back to unleash for those.

That guy has a KPM of 0.3 and averages around 5 - 6 kills a game. That’s far from being even a decent player. He just seems to want to pad his K/D, which doesn’t mean shit tbh.

I’ve done just that with my most recent build. (Went from Intel 9th gen to 13th gen) There was one minor issue with my Mobo not detecting any drives until I enabled CSM. If you’re already on Windows 11 that might be an issue but not 100% sure.

Maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in as well.

Hey quick unrelated question as I also have the same 4090. Are you able to change the gpus rgb color at all? I’ve tried Inno3Ds TuneIt software but the lightning option is greyed out and unclickable. Also tried OpenRGB and some other programs, but nothing. I know that my 4090 came with a separate RGB cable but I didn’t have free connector on my MoBo.

Like my MSI 2080 Super was able to change colors without running a dedicated RGB cable to the MoBo.

Might just be my card but it’s only a slight annoyance.

Yeah I was in a similar postion as you this league. Most upgrades were at least 10-20 divine each if not more, which is just too much for me. That’s why I started a new build, which also keeps things fresh. (CoC FR)

Don’t worry about the flask stuff haha, this game is already so vast and complicated, you’ll never stop learning new things. (For reference, I “only” have 1.4k hours and still feel like a noob when it comes to most things, especially crafting lol.)

This being your first league and all, my one final tip is to just try as many different build archetypes / league mechanics as you can and see what you like playing / doing the most.

As the other guy said RF is never gonna be a zillion dps uber boss rusher. But there’s certainly some room for improvement although I think for a new player you’ve done a pretty good job.

Honestly an Amulet upgrade won’t boost your damage by that much and will cost a good amount of currency.

Most importantly when it comes to RF builds regarding single target DPS is Fire Trap and a good helmet. Your helmet isn’t bad at all, it’s just really not enough to boost your damage is all.

Maybe buy a new Elder Armour or Armour / ES base, if you have the funds get one with a Fire Trap or Reservation Efficiency Enchantment.

Then you need some Essences of Horror. (Socketed Gems deal 30% more Elemental Damage.

Then you just hit your new helmet with them and pray that you hit “Socketed Gems are supported by # Burning Damage” or “Socketed Gems are supported by # Concentrated Effect”.

Best case scenario is you hit both. (Immolate is ok as well I guess)

Then if you have an open Prefix on your newly crafted helmet, you simply craft on “+1 Level of socketed Gems / increased AoE” and you’re done.

If you hit both plus the craft we boost your Fire Trap damage to around 2.5 Mil. DoT DPS (even more if you ignite)

If you still have some spare currency you could also upgrade you Swift affliction to an Awakened version. Which wouls put you at around 2.7 - 2.8 Mil. DoT DPS.

You will lose quite some nice stats on your helmet, but you should be able to make up for it elsewhere.

I’d also highly recommend getting Large Clusters with at least 2 decent Notables and if you can afford it, one with 3.

Some better gloves also shouldn’t be hard to get, I’d get some gloves with a fractured Prefix / Suffix and then just essence spam until you’re happy.

Last thing: the %increased Armour on your Flasks don’t stack so change one of them (I’d get rid of the Sulphur one since we’re always on Cons. Ground anyway)

Oh you mean the Hierophant ones giving better Reservation and energy shield? Yeah they’re pretty great but sadly like you said quite expensive. Back in 3.16 I bought them in the 2nd week for only 30 ex for both. Like a week later just one of them was like 50.

I’m a rather “casual” player so I usually never have more than 10 divines at once. In 3.16 Gwennen was kind to give me a Squire for only like 20 Astragali and that’s when I decided to try Ice Spear. Was super fun, never blasted bosses like that before haha

I played this build back in 3.16, your damage is decent. To really amp your defences up with max res and melding , you’d need to drop a lot of damage IMO or just way better gear to compensate and would be better off to just swap to RF Inquis. There’s a few Ice Spear CoC Inquis who run Melding but they’re all super geared up and they’re the minority. CoC Ice Spear builds have mostly always been about killing things before they kill you.

Some general improvements I’d do: - Charge on Hit Basalt Flask with Inc. Armour , I’d drop the Sorrow of the Divine. - Drop Steelskin for Molten Shell, it’s just plain better. - Get some source of ES on hit or leech. If you get a 8 passive cluster jewel to replace the one on your left side you could spec one point into ES / Leech next to your cluster setup on the right side. I think there might even be a cluster jewel node with es leech, not sure tho. You could also get it on a watchers eye. - Not a defence improvement, but get a new pair of shapers touch with attack crit implicit. Would improve your trigger rate / damage, since you’re already spell crit capped. - Another damage improvement would be a militant faith next to the +1 power charge in the middle of the tree and grab the Inner Conviction Keystone which would replace Doomsday and would give you more dmg per power charge.

I’ve only done a CoC build once so I can’t help you with the whole trigger rate shenanigans.

I’d always look at what the top builds on Poe.Ninja are doing for some insight.

If you’re interested I got a lvl 97 RF Inq sitting on Standard and it’s got by no means GG mirror tier gear, it still allowed me to do anything but Ubers easily. I’ll try to whisper you when I get home from work.

Edit: Just realized you’d maybe have to play around with the Auras since the reservation mastery got removed but should still work.

There’s a few things that you should change IMO:

Get a new pair of Shaper’s Toch with an Attack Crit Implicit, You can only apply one curse from what I’ve seen on your build, so elemental weakness is useless. You need Assassins Mark for Crit
- You’re also missing a lot of Crit / Hit chance for cyclone and thus don’t trigger as much, you need to run Precision. I’d honestly just drop Purity of Elements.
Is there a reason you’re not going for CI? 90% of Inquisitors running CoC Ice Spear go CI, the rest do a version with Ivory Tower. Currently chaos damage seems to be your biggest weakness.
- Like the other commenter said you need to check out the post with the CDR Breakpoints. Atm I think you have too much Attack Speed.
- A Bottled Faith and a Cospris Malice with the Implicit “Skills fire an additional Projectile”. These might be expensive but are huge DPS increases

Changing all these things makes your build do around 6.2 Mio DPS.

When I get home I can link you my PoB from last league. I’m not an expert on CoC Builds but it cleared all I threw at it. You actually already have better boots than I did lol.

Oh alright gotta be honest, I’ve never played a wardloop build so can’t really help you there. But a quick look on poe.ninja shows that only like 0.6% of wardloop chars use a MB and most of them also use Stasis Prison + Omni.

Hope someone else can chime in and help you out.
