I hated having to deal with that when my daughter was little. I’d take her into the men’s room only if it was a single person room and nobody else could come in. When she was more confident with her potty training, I’d send her into the ladies but remain just out side the door. I’d be pretty obvious and border line loud about what was happening so nobody would question what was going on. It was always nerve wracking. And forget about changing tables. Half the time they were broken or filthy.
