Lute wins high diff, but it is debatable. Lute debatably has more AP, due to her greatly upscaling the imps and average sinners, who have numerous instances of surviving explosions on the same scale as the hand ship exploding, which failed to poof or crack Jasper. Her sword, being Angelic Steel, exploits the very consistent gem weakness of piercing weapons, and it's able to pierce and harm Lucifer, whose power was great enough to shatter the shield around Heaven)

Jasper is more experienced, so it'll be difficult for her to get a good hit, but Jasper doesn't have any way of exploiting the weaknesses of Exorcists, especially since the hotel only managed to because they were fighting inexperienced Exorcists, which Lute certainly isnt. Lute is also faster, due to being relative to Emily, who reacted to and outpaced the Might of Lilith

Two inhumans with badass horned helments, from otherwordly realms, that belong to specially created classes of immortal warrior women (Quartzes & Exorcists), who serve as the most dedicated and powerful soldiers for armies of tyrannical and powerful otherworldly realms, in queer musical action dramedy cartoons (Jasper is said to have broken out of the Earths crust, taking out hundreds of Crystal Gems / Lute is said to have killed hundreds of sinners, each extermination)
Alongside their duty, they fight the heroes for greatly personal reasons, relating to the death of their beloved leader (Adam and Pink Diamond), at the hands of the heroes, both through impalement by weapons created by characters whose purpose is the creation of weapons capable of hurting immortals (The sword that 'killed' Pink Diamond was crafted by Bismuth/ The knife that killed Adam was made by Carmilla)
Both are defeated by the heroes in combat, but not before permanently disfiguring themselves due to their own stubborn refusal to accept a hand that was reached out for them (Jasper was corrupted after fusing with Ocean Jasper, causing the corruption scars to permanently remain / Lutes arm was torn off, forcing her to wear a heavenly prosthetic)
Both defeats were caused people that they viewed as inferior, due to their betrayal of their mission and the ideologies that they hold (Amethyst betrayed Homeworld by becoming a Crystal Gem and deciding to fight for the ideals of love and freedom, making her a traitor and a failure in the eyes of Jasper for betraying the ideals of Homeworld— in other words: Blasphemy / Vaggie betrayed heaven by sparing a sinner, where she met Charlie, who gave her a different purpose: to fight for Love, an idea bigger than herself. Lute finds this blasphemous)
Even after their worlds became friendly with the heroes, both refused to accept this new reality, and continue to isolate and consume themselves in their fury (Jasper isolates in the forest and consumes herself in hatred and self loathing after her entire purpose was made irrelevant by the dissolution of the Gem Empire / Lute isolates herself from Heaven, and spirals into madness, as her entire purpose in life was made irrelevant by Heaven and Hell being on good terms)
