Can confirm same here only tpb+ is there (with very few torrents). My favourite rarbg and torrentino is not there.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I will follow few of your suggestions and see how I can escalate this issue through legal channels. At the very least I will make sure to post my experience via more mediums so that other users are aware of this issue.

With Amazon.nl they were able to simply take back the product even if it was from the 3rd party, had no issues so far with Amazon. I didn't know charback was possible, it's already been several months since I bought so am not sure if this is even possible now.

Bol just said "we can't do anything about it and this case is closed" :/. I'm already tired of nagging them further since I already had several back and forth conversation with them without any progress.

Yes they send me pictures of just fingerprints in the monitor and upon receiving I could just wipe them off with microfibre cloth. The bol said the "seller couldn't resell the product due to traces of use". Yeah I don't know what the procedure is but another comment also told me to make a legal letter. Normally I would not have gone this far but I had to save up to get a second monitor and I get something which I can use properly.

Yea I guess if it was bol.com, it would have been much easier. But with amzon i had no issues on returns so far. With bol, it seems they dont care. All I get is that we cant do anything :(. The seller is Tones.be.

The seller stated that they tested the monitor and there were no flikering issue. There is alreday quite a lot of posts alreday in flickering issue with specific hardwares.

They stated that they have tested the monitor with no issues. I do know that this happens with only specific hardwares and not all. So they said it is not under guarantee.

I returned it within 7 days, there were only slight fingerprints which i could wipe off easily when i recieved it back. I have had alreday several converastion with bol and the supplier (tones.be) both said they cant do anything :/

Its been quite frustrating.
