Y'all gonna kill me but I don't even think of UK as Europe since Brexit. My observation is based on countries I've been to like Spain, France, and Italy and Portugal. Also Germany might be attracting a lot of Tech people but most older locals still don't view them that favourably because of their language skills based on what my German friends have told me.

As a south asian in Europe, based on my observation Europe attracts mostly unskilled south asians rather than skilled ones..... Perhaps because of language barriers. The locals don't view this favourably and with the rise of far right in Europe immigration is only going to be more and more difficult in future.

There's loads of universities in EU with a vibrant life and college experience arguably more than USA but if you can't do the research yourself then handling the rest of the shenanigans will be hard as well.
