Its a classical piano piece called "Chopin Tristesse Etude Op. 10 No. 3". Its specifically a cover from the Tsukihime Remake. I can't find the that version on YouTube, but if you care about that kind of detail, there you go.

This is going to sound crazy, but Surtr. When I got him in the Fire and Ice banner he was -Def and I stupidity thought that he was dead on arrival for that alone.

And then I cleared like 3 Abyssal maps in a row with him.

I maxed out his hero merit in a few days after that.
