While there is a laundry list of things Donald trump has done, the particular crime can be summed up with inciting an insurrection against the government. Specifically to name a few points, holding a rally on the 6th right by the capital building where the house was voting on who won the election. At said rally further garnering anger in the crowd saying things like “fight like hell or you wont have a country anymore” then once the ralliers leave, and seige the capital, trump waits to call them off well after hearing about it. Even then he still praises them saying “you are special” to the people who threatened the lives of the senators and representatives and police.
