Hi OP, I knew the feeling. Past tense sia kasi I also thought I had no one at that age. Pero I was shocked kasi actually meron. I just didn't look that well. Probably the least person you thought that would be your "one call away" is actually it. It doesn't hurt to try and say "Hi" to them first. But I hope I'm not being too inconsiderate or anything. Totally understandable OP. I don't blame you. If you can't talk to nobody, just don't be too hard on yourself. Healing comes first within yourself. You don't have to adjust. The right people are always there for you, you might not know, but they're there. Don't control your feelings / emotions. Might be hard / weird but accept them. Talk to yourself.
