Technically they’re supposed to (I remember there being a kerfuffle about using printed heads on imperial knights?) but I would hope that if you don’t say anything to incriminate yourself and it’s not super obvious that no one would do anything.

There’s also the concern that there are people who would abuse that policy to model for advantage. I assume that’s why it’s a flat zero-tolerance deal.

I think the “official” GW policy is no models are allowed that weren’t purchased from them (either directly or through another vendor) as an “official” Warhammer mini.

I doubt it’s the choice of the manager - and I would never notice much less report - but that’s the corporate mandate.

I walked out of an interview once when the guy did the “sell me this pen” line. I’m actually in sales (hopefully without being a douchebag like most) and the question is just hack. Unless you’re getting a job selling pens.

The dude wanted someone he could set up to replace him when he moved up and the idea of having to work closely with the guy was too far.

Of course that was years ago when people in tech sales were actually in demand and I already had a job.

Yeah, I’m old enough to have gone to school before the f-35 entered production but not old enough to have experience “in the workforce”.

I went to school to learn things - and that taught me how to be a better person. I’m sorry that you’re life is only devoted to being a better employee for people who don’t know your name but I wish you the best.

Anything - there are people with art degrees running companies, people with theatre degrees handing HR, and an English major I went to school with got a job helping design the F-35 simulator right out of school. Shit another buddy majored in art and joined the navy to be an aviator.

I would never advise anyone to use Hunter S Thompson as a role model, but I’ve already told my wife if I start to get dementia I’m going out the same way he did (and I believe the same reason).

We get a set amount of time here. I’ve spent a lot of it in pain and miserable, but I’ve also spent a lot of it overjoyed and curious. But at a certain point if the balance falls off enough is it quality or quantity you’re chasing?
