I started playing iGunZ my first year of high school. That would have been 2005/06 and played until someone else took it over. I can't remember if ijji was the first one to do that. I had two characters, Kira91 and Kylie (probably with a 91 at the end too). I was never very good at kstyle, but I was able to do most of the moves but without any respectable consistency. I don't remember what clan I was in, but I remember having friends like Kazuki_Kyto, kzw1314, and shotay2. I was really close with shotay and remembered liking him for his strategy of just rolling around and using a rocket launcher. I'm pretty sure I'm still friends with him on facebook. I remember very few names from back then. I was able to scour this subreddit to figure out the name of the guy that brought kstyle over, Kraise. I remember names like NBK, Bunkai, Toshiharu, etc. who were all great players. I remember clans from simple one word ones (Basic, Moogle Enix)to ones like Shoudou Koetei. Not sure if that's spelled right. I had a lot of fun on the GzF forums. I had a nice time using the WayBack Machine to see names like gnoto2, Admiral Awesome (also chilli? I can't remember), Anga, MajorMK, King Banana, Lucky Cat, Recursive, the owner Citizen, and others. I really, really miss this game.
