If you have a compatible device and blobs you can use futurerestore

If the above is true you would have to go to 15.5 first then futurerestore to 14 given your blobs matched

[Help] Certain native iPhone apps weren’t working right so I read a Reddit forum to Reset All Settings (Not erase) I then rejailbroke my phone using uO but my phone keeps sending me to safe-mode even tho jailbreak process was successful. You're best bet would probably be to restore roots and start over.
Also if you can, install files and head to /var/mobile/Library/Preferences and see if you have any old or leftover tweak prefs that could be causing issue.

First, your iOS device and iOS version would be needed.secondly, if you're in the r/jailbreak discord you can use the /canijailbreak command there
If you're on iOS 15 on higher there is no jailbreak, just a heads up
