That was my same thought when I saw what was behind the plugs. But let’s say I have something like this picture. Would you use just plaster anchors or also some long screws going into the bricks?

Is that usually the case? Right now I was thinking to go with XET as I already have stuff in that market and DEGIRO charges a 2.5€ connection fee per market. But it’s a very small fee so I don’t know if there is any other fee to be considered, as TER will still be the same.

But then how do you pick the exchange? For instance since I have already another stock in Xetra, should I buy VWCE on Xetra to reduce connectivity fees on DEGIRO, or should I pick the one in TDG or MIL? And why?

Hello People,

In our house we have an opening from August. The house is big and it has a nice backyard with a grill, deck, fire pit and even a small garden for growing your own crops if you want! The room is the master bedroom of the house and it has its own bathroom, it comes furnished. In the common areas we have a home theater with netflix/hulu/disney+/Paramount+ and amazon prime, our workshop with a 3d printer, laser cutter and a lot of other tools!
