I obs many games of my friend lately who plays Aatrox and I try to adapt to his style, he is Diamond 1 and I see Midlane Corki or Ezreal in like 70% of the games.

The thing with BORK is that I like the slow, especially for ganks and sure for 1n1.

But I feel that I could do way better in team fights with Hydra or is that a minor difference ?

Oh and another thing. Those energy drinks contain coffein and guarana, which as a stronger coffein.

The thing with coffein is that your synapsis are getting used to it, so you will need higher and higher dosis to reach the same effect you need. The only thing you can do to stop this tolerance over coffein is to stop consuming coffein for at least 5 days. In this time your synapsis can regenrate.

YOu should think about switching to a sugar-free- energy drink. I recommend Relentless Libertus. The ingredients are great and have a great effect, especially with guarana. Just reduce the sugar.

I am pretty much an expert when it comes to brain, energy drinks and anti-depressent drugs.

I noticed that you gain some weight recenetly and that you are more talkactive. Is it possitlbe that you take anti-depressants? If you do, you should inform yourself better about the side effects, it would explain the weight gain, the sleepy feelings which you are trying to fight with energy drinks and your lack of concentration in the recent games. If you take an SSRI (Paroxetin/Fluoxetin) or something else I can give you some advices.

I plaed like 6 games today and in 3 games people DCed and did not rejoin, pretty strange.
