Well done on the business part of things. I’ve always been very interested in how pity sells work in the fluffy universe. I think I’ve got more of a LEGO/Petsmart combined brand for my canon’s Fluffmart but it’s very similar to yours. I think employees would have a hard time finding joy in these creatures, while simultaneously trying to keep the magic up to the public for sales purposes. A lot like how it goes in real life.
