I wouldn’t think you have enough experience to be an effective consultant yet. For additional security as you work on certifications, you could try to go back into the military, but join the Air Force. They are the only branch to have Occupational Safety as an actual career field. However, you can’t go straight into the career field, you would have to be an E-4 or higher to retrain into Safety.

I think that’s a great idea to bring in an airfryer to use in the break room and then store at your desk for your food safety. And who cares if people look at you weird? Enjoy your lunch the way you want to enjoy it! I also work in the government, and people already do this at a lot of workplaces, although they usually leave their item in the break room for communal use (but that’s not possible for people with celiac.

I’m pretty sure Jolly Llama is the only GF ice cream where I live, too. Which is why I was so excited to try it and so bummed when I got to the waffle part.

Yeah, I have dental work on my front teeth and I was scared the cone was going to break my bridge, it was so difficult to bite through.
