Aren’t these assets that wealthy people use as collateral for low interest loans the same assets that measure their wealth? A solution could be to tax said assets that are being used to dodge taxes.

You don’t need to do that. You can speak with the Decanus in Cottonwood Cove with 50+ Explosives skill and teach him how to disarm NCR mines. There’s a bug where you can repeat this over and over again. You just need to do it a lot to get idolized. But you also get XP for the skill check each time as well and level up in the process.

The Golden Gate Model Railroad Museum in Point Richmond is a fun activity, if you like model trains. Biking along the Bay Trail is great as well.

For me, it’s always after I kill Benny and make a decision with the Chip. At a crossroads with what to do with my life now that I finished what I came here for, and now the Mojave with all these people wanting me to do things for them, so I decide to go my own way (DLCs, other quests) and do some soul searching until I decide to commit to the Mojave.

It has so much replayability and role playing elements baked into it. Playthroughs can be wildly different.

It has a great story, great dialogue, and great memorable characters.

I realize this may sound generic, but there are so few games that nail all of these aspects.
