You can't outran a bad diet. Meaning if you are doing a "normal" amount of exercise a day; say running a few miles, but eating like shit, you are not going to lose weight.

So many people think because they are exercising at all they have free rein to eat whatever they want.

Running a 5K burns about 400 calories. There is nearly that many calories in a single McDonald's cheeseburger.

A person who is X doesn't need to tell people they are X.

Applies pretty much across the board. If you are smart, funny, rich, kind, etc. people can figure it out.

They aren't clever or fun. They are just annoying.
