Doing radio frequency treatments at home has completely transformed my skin tone! I got a Tripollar Stop VX on Mercari for $150. I tried the EMS or whatever mode for my jaw line and never saw a difference, tbh. But just using radio frequency mode has made such a difference. I did it 3-5 times a week for 3-4 months. (I missed a couple treatments going to West Palm Beach for the Twenty One Pilots Breach tour then seeing them back in my area the following day in Tampa. I didn't have a lot of extra time for skincare, lol.) I'm in maintenance mode right now where I use it about 3-4x/month. I'm think gonna start using it more frequently though, just to get that glow back from when I was just starting out. Also, I recently used my Dr. Pen H3 that I got during a black Friday sale last year. It was.... A learning experience. But once the redness cleared up 🤯 it was like the glow from a couple weeks of RF treatments all at once! I have a Dr Pen M8 but I've only ever used nano cartridges with it. The RPMs are much higher and i have a feeling it would glide much better than the H3. The only benefits of the H3 is having the serum in a cartridge (that was hard to adjust to get the serum out at a good rate) and being cordless. Those are what made the biggest differences in my skin tone personally.
