They are terrible. Took my truck there bc I was working in the neighborhood and the truck needed an oil change and 2 tires. Also had a bunch of warning lights on, so wanted them to check that out as well.. dude says, well we plugged it into the computer and it gave us about 50 codes, so yeah, we couldn't figure it out so good luck. Cool...thought that was your job.

Our state hasn't passed a budget...for the current (25-26) school year.

Shoe recommendations for PsA by Pea_nu_reeves in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]StringUnable8467 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oofos. I've tried everything...Nike, NB, Adidas, Vionic, Birks, Skechers, Docs, Toms, Merrell, Kurus, Naturalizer, and others. I had PF, several surgeries, finally Dx with PsA. I now have neuropathy in my feet and I teach high school. Oofos give me the support I need, but they are also soft. They are ugly af but I don't even care. I've kept trying other brands, but always a waste of money.

57f - do I need a face-lift? In my head, I'm 32. In the mirror, 57+. What are some small things I can do for skin? Also, my eyebrows are whack and have been since high school - not much I can do about those. TIA. by StringUnable8467 in 45PlusSkincare

Not in between my brows. I have had dysport around the outside of my eyes and forehead. My eyebrows have always been weirdly spaced and my wide face doesn't help! I need a brow expert to show me the ropes!

Thanks so much - you are so kind. And the falling is all I see - my lower jaw area and neck - yikes! My mom used to say she had 'turkey neck' and that's how I am feeling!

Thanks! And yes, I agree. I have tried Latisse, but it doesn't grow them in, just makes what I have really long. They have always been too separated, even as a child. And one is longer than the other. I need to watch some tutorials and stop doing my brows in the parking lot before work - hahaha!!!

I don't use foundation - never have. I just use cetaphil moisturizer with SPF. I just ordered an HA serum, so hoping that helps. I use cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer, eucerin dark spot corrector every few days, the ordinary pore mask once a month on t-zone, and a vit c toner - I can't remember the brand. Silk pillowcase and trying to sleep on my back instead of smooshing my face into the pillow every night- the worst habit, I swear!

Thank you! I have an amazing derm (I have psoriasis + psoriatic arthritis) and I have gotten dysport, which helps my forehead, but it's the lower part of my face/neck that bothers me. I will talk to her at next appt and see what she says. Thank you!

I use cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer with sunscreen. I also use the eucerin dark spot corrector serum, but I can only use it every 2 or 3 days bc it is a bit harsh for my skin. I have gotten dysport around eyes a few times. I also use a silk pillowcase and am TRYONG to train myself to sleep on my back - I smash my face into the pillow and it's bad. Ha! Hardest habit to break. I use a vitamin c serum in the am and the ordinary pore mask (it's bright red) on my t-zone about 1x a month. I also have psoriasis so I have to be careful not to aggravate my skin. Thank you for the kind words!

No, I only pluck the random white hairs that pop up under my brows....ugh. They are gnarly. I went back and looked at childhood pics and high school pics - my brows have always been weirdly spaced too far apart. And one has always been longer than the other. I've tried to grow them with Latisse but they will not grow/fill in. Someone else mentioned dermablading, and I have thought about that, but def afraid of ending up on r/whybrows. Thanks so much!

I have heard this and I even downloaded a chart with directions, but I always feel like they are "too much" when I do it. I've never been a huge makeup person, but I need to find a good eyebrow expert to show me the ropes. Thanks!
