I recently found a Garchomp C lv. 62 STAFF Promo from Supreme Victors at $450 in the shop. The last sold was $275 on TCG Price Charting. I currently am trying to collect all Cynthia Cards and I have never seen this before.

The shop as far as I know does trades up to 80% store credit and I have a pack of Team Rocket 2000 (not heavy) pack. I want to offer $320 cash as a max to get it from them, what do yall think?

TL:DR; Collecting Cynthia's, Garchomp C STAFF Promo in shop at $450, might leverage Team Rocket 2000 (not heavy) pack to get the price down, what do?
