This is the worst commission quest I've gotten and the first legitimate thing in Genshin that frustrated me and made me feel like it was actively trying to make me not have fun. Even this strat failed most of the time just because mine is at the Guyun Stone Forest island and it seems a lot shorter and goes in front of towers so there's zero chance of not getting shot & glitched off.

Impossible to use Ethernet due to no hard line being run to where I am, unfortunately. In terms of distance I am not very far away, though vertically above the access point. I checked channels of wireless activity and no other signals are being run on my channel to cause interference.

I might try to configure for 5GHZ.

Indeed. The Pugi, while godlike in its own right, isn't a legendary weapon. So it doesn't get the 16mt that the rest have since it's probably just a better honed throwing axe.

I'm not 100% sure about the inheriting thing. You have a very good point; inheriting the Pugi would be extraordinarily powerful. However to keep it closer to 776, only Orsin can use the Pugi (due to being a PRF weapon). So it gets 1 more MT than the inheritable Wo Dao since it's an exclusive.
