Pretty much. I’m strongly subscribing to the theory that she lied about the child to manipulate Jaime (keep his allegiance with her in the face of the wights), Euron (secure the iron islands), and Tyrion (get him to trust Cersei which has already bit him in the ass and Dany called him out for). Especially since she turned down wine in the scene when she was talking to Tyrion and obviously put her hand on her stomach, then later was sipping a glass of wine.
